Seriendruck fehler

Hallo Zusammen,

wenn ich versuche einem Lead einen Serienbrief zu schicken, dann bekomme ich folgenden Fehler:

So, das ganze passiert nur dann, wenn cih eine englische Vorlage nehme. Alle Komponenten haben natürlich bereits UR 1 installiert.

was verstehst du darunter, das das ganze nur passiert, wenn du eine englische Version nimmst? Word, CRM, Language Pack? Da wären ein paar zusätzliche Informationen schon hilfreich.

wir haben das englische Language Pack installiert und in der Vorlage Englisch als Sprache ausgewählt.

nur um die Konstellation zu verstehen. Ihr habt ein deutschen CRM Server mit englischen Language Pack.

Welche Sprache hat das etriebssystem des Clients und von Office? Sind diese deutsch, englisch, oder gemischt?

Guten Morgen,

beides Deutsch.

Das Umstellen des Interfaces auf Englisch macht aber keinen Unterschied.
Was ich noch nicht Probiert habe, ist das Betriebssystem auf Englisch umzustellen.
